Amazon Account Health Rating Recovery Plan
Prioritize policy violations, evidence deadlines and operational owners when an Amazon Account Health Rating begins to deteriorate.
Build a single violation register
Export or record every open policy, product, performance and verification issue with its ASIN, marketplace, notice date, response deadline, current status and available route. Keep resolved items visible long enough to identify recurring causes.
The displayed rating is a signal, but the underlying notices define the work. Read each one before deciding priority.
Prioritize by enforcement risk and evidence time
Assign an accountable owner and next action to every item. Avoid opening duplicate cases when one team is already reviewing the evidence.
- Active deactivation or time-limited verification requests
- Product safety, restricted-product or authenticity concerns
- Repeated violations sharing one supplier or process cause
- Performance trends approaching an enforcement threshold
- Old unresolved records that conflict with current operations
Fix the shared process, not only the ASIN
A group of different violations may trace to one weak supplier review, listing approval, customer-service or fulfillment control. Correcting the shared process is more durable than responding to each notice in isolation.
Keep proof of listing removals, document reviews, staff training, supplier decisions and monitoring. Completed evidence is stronger than future-tense promises.
Review the account on a schedule
Set daily or weekly checks appropriate to sales volume and risk. Track new notices, overdue actions, repeated ASINs and control failures. Escalate internally before a pattern becomes an account-level problem.
