Separate the two decisions

Reinstating selling privileges and releasing a balance are not necessarily the same decision. Save every notice and label it by purpose: account deactivation, identity or conduct review, reserve, disbursement request or follow-up document request.

Use the route named in each notice. Repeating a reinstatement argument in a disbursement workflow may leave the requested transaction evidence unanswered.

Build a balance and order record

Export available settlement, reserve, refund, chargeback and order information. Connect material amounts to shipped orders and customer outcomes. If access is limited, preserve the records still available and document what cannot be retrieved.

• Tracking, delivery and fulfillment evidence for open orders
• Refunds, claims, chargebacks and unresolved customer contacts
• Supplier and authenticity records for questioned inventory
• Bank and legal-entity records requested for disbursement

Avoid changes that create new questions

A sudden bank, address or ownership change can complicate an existing review. Make a required correction only through the authorized workflow and retain proof of why it changed. Do not create another account to move inventory or receive funds.

Keep language factual. State which orders and documents are included, what they prove and which action the notice allows you to request.

Track the review without duplicating it

Save submission dates, case IDs and complete replies. If a follow-up is allowed, reference the earlier package and answer the outstanding point. No adviser can guarantee a release date or outcome, so plan cash flow separately from the review.
