Read the appointment notice line by line

Save the invitation, appointment time, time zone, meeting link and document instructions. Confirm which marketplace and seller entity the interview concerns. Do not assume that a checklist from another seller applies to your meeting.

Note whether Amazon asks for originals, specific identification, bank or business records, invoices, supply-chain evidence or access to the seller account. Build the meeting file around that request.

Choose an informed, authorized attendee
